Fulfillment of our services is based on the terms outlined in the individual client contracts. As our services are digital, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved. FYP Brands is not responsible for delays in project completion.

FYP Brands does not offer refunds once payments have been made, except under circumstances agreed upon by both FYP Brands and the client. Any exceptions to this policy are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in the contract.
